Resources

A 30-day post-workshop plan, researcher-built materials, official Anthropic courses, and community plugins.

The 30-day plan

  1. Week 1

Run one real analysis from your research using Claude Code.

Refine your CLAUDE.md based on what surprises you. The first project is the messiest, and the most informative.

  2. Week 2

Build one new custom command for a task you do repeatedly.

If you find yourself re-typing a 5-line prompt three times, that's the command. Encode it; reuse it.

  3. Week 3

Try Claude Code on a task type you haven't attempted yet: an API call, figure styling, paper compilation.

Stretch the surface area of your usage. Tools you don't reach for atrophy.

  4. Week 4

Share your CLAUDE.md and one command with a colleague or student. Teach someone else.

Teaching surfaces what you actually understand. Make this the moment your workflow becomes legible to others.

Researcher-built resources

The strongest material is by other researchers who built workflows for their own labs. Start here.
